Yeah it's just emissions crap, no real benefit to removing it but I'm seeing what I can get rid of in the engine bay.

Yeah, makes sense... if you can get rid of stuff easily then why not. I hate staring into an engine bay when something's gone wrong and all you can see is tubes and pipes and you know deep down none of them do anything useful but you still daren't rip it all out because you can't test that the car still works afterwards

Is that still that same legendary K&N that you have lying around that seems to fit all cars too? From the Volvo days?!

LOL

YES!

I found it in the shed yesterday in a bag with some Samco hose and Mikalor clamps.

I found it and thought "Hmmm hello again, you know, you look just the right size for my Jeep" took it out to the Kee and offered it up and it kinda just wiggled itself on there.

I was working -very- randomly yesterday, non of this was really planned.

Haha, a mammoth bargain that K&N filter I tell thee lad! It's given so much and asked for so little in return... has it still got the oil splatters on the inside from the chatter splash back from teh Volvay?

Sometimes it's nice to just find stuff and find it works on the car randomly... the other day for no real reason I decided to take the bottoms of the seats out of the Jag and found a few connections missing! Now the passenger seat is all connected up and the dash tells me when someone's in it and not wearing their seatbelt. Hardly amazing, but it always bugged me that it was the one light that would never show up on the dash!

It didn't go with the car :P

I'm sneaky sneaky stealthy ninja monkey... I am silent even when hooning it the large! Does have it's advantages, but can be a bit disappointing sometimes as a 6 cyl is always howleriffic!

Besides, I has a planz to get my loud, bouncy, oil and petrol smelling kicks elsewhere... Ah ha!

No I hear you dude.

I watched BTTF the other month and it still looks ace from the back, there's also a Kee parked in the same street in the scene where Marty first see's it.

replace the slightly camp-looking kc spots at the front with a whacking great winch, a wee lift and wider, larger diameter tyres and a giant CB ariel flopping all over the place would see that right I think. :D

I so want a landy right now :(
