rear valance looks good. Panhard rod has seen better days!

spare wheel well in VGC, as is other side of boot which is good to know.

passenger sill, okely dokely.

drivers sill, mintier than any Fox on any Glacier.

front nearside arch... ack, but not bad for ~23 years,. Will be replaced.

rear arch. bodged up right nice! fibreglass is an insult to such a wagon.

El Bodgo...shame. car's had 2 owners and done 56k in 23 years! I'll get these arches done in metal soon enough.

front wings have issues near lights too. nasty bodge here but will be remedied. note SUPERbodge of using touch up paint and getting it on indicator! :shock:

To me the plate suggests BILGE..... which is exactly what most fezza's are.

I detest them thoroughly.

Get it sold to some povo student for an exorbitant amount on the basis of the 'cheap' insurance cost and petrol-sipping ability and get something decent.

Failing that, a full body resto + RWD conversion + toyota 4-age conversion would be more than satisfactory. :popcorn:

I can only begin to imagine the common scene of this ride pivoting down on three of its wheels as it weaves into Spar car park so you can chat up the laydees.

How can you not pull in such a weapon.

Leave it as it is for all to see, wear a cardigan and smoke a pipe and be know in the underground street racing scene as "The Grandad"

Ya know, thats in great condition for year. I have a real soft spot for the Mk1, my first car. In 1.1 form, it has such a distinctive engine note, I could recognise it anywhere (although Mk2 1.1's sounded the same too, but you know what I mean).

I totally forgot about the washer bottle location, although I remember where the button to spray they washer jets was, I used to pretend it was magic whilst I was pressing the 4th pedal, showing off to passengers!!! Well, it was a few years ago, I was a randy teenager and I was desperate to show off to girls back then! :roll: :dance:

Can anyone have a look at the inner wing rot and tell me if it's an MOT failure? Ideally, I'd like to get it welded, but it might get cut back and meshed (not a fan personally) before it gets really bad.

imho, it's not an MOT failure as it's not close enough to the suspension, AND doesn't create jagged external edges...

any further thoughts guys?
