There used to be an amazing place in Stafford called Caddilac Jacks, but it seems people didn't want to pay the right money :(

It's all on money - if you can produce a burger that tastes good for 50p people don't care what's in it :(

Best burger I've had recently was at The Plough - superb! Was about £5 with all the trimings. I figure you could spend that in McDonalds and chow down on a crappy-burger... and be hungry an hour later...

I spent 99p in McDonalds yesterday and was full! And I'm fat!

Dave said he felt hungry afterwards though.

I've spent 99p and I wasn't full up. And I'm stick thin!

Maybe there is something in this...

When I used to eat McD, a Big Mac/Cheeseburger/fries and drink filled me up for about an hour - then I'd feel hungry.

I'm sure I've mentioned before that Mc Donalds food is made so you don't have to chew, when you chew food you secreet an enzyme from your teeth which you stomach measures and causes you to stop being hungry. Mc Donalds burgers have a very high water content and are so pureed they are classed as a Pate. A lot of people believe this is dilberate by MD because it reduces the time you are spent sat eating in the resturant and increased the chances of you ordering two burgers next time.
