If you want to be fat don't chew.

If you want to feel full chew more, but you'll need something to chew on and a MD burger isn't going to do that.

You need a nice proper thick chewy burger, but those cost £5.

It can't have that much to do with chewing though surely otherwise those who constantly chew gum would always be full. :?

Back on Topic: Ordered a copy of Total Vauxhall, should get it on Monday. :)

Probably find there is a link there somewhere... you'd think obese people would be prescribed chewing gum though.

You can make holes in your stomach by chewing it though can't you? As your stomach prepares itself for food - that doesnt come...

Holes in your stomach? What on earth do you mean there?

Your stomach produces acid because it's expecting food due to you chewing - but as you never actually swallow anything for it to dissolve it means that you can end up with heart burn and everything else related to an overly acidic stomach.

Allegedly...

http://www.mercola.com/2001/mar/21/antacid_gum.htm

Though supposedly chewing after eating does help heartburn.

I think the scares I remember were from people who just chew all day and don't eat - it's the extreme...

Yes your stomach creates a chemical reaction which causes you to feel hungry, this is what causes it to rumble.

Hammond has a fit wifey, and his nutrition consultant is damned hot too. Especially in her skirt and boots.
